Another beautiful image taken at Agua Caliente park this dock is not supposed to be in our area, but times are changing as the environment and here in Tucson we are getting more species that will winter here one of my favorite ducks This is a male.
Mom and her young Pronghorn. I drive out in the Sonoita/Elgin Arizona area often. Most times I will see herds of pronghorn. I always stop to watch them as they graze the land. They are beautiful animals, and one of the fastest on earth.
I consider myself a wildlife and a nature photographer. I am also a naturalist who is helping with conservation. I have an active butterfly garden in my backyard. One of the many species is a gulf, fritillary butterfly among queens and monarchs and swallowtails the gulf fritillary‘s host plant is passion vine. The flowers are stunning, purple passion. This is one of the flowers I get to see every summer.

Egret with fish I took this image of this beautiful egret at Agua Caliente Park in Tucson every year I see egrets that reside there for most of the winter.
