One of my favorite themes is to paint our beautiful desert. With the coming of spring every year our land quickly transfers to pure magic. These cactus and other desert plants burst forth in bloom turning the desert into a virtual flower garden of beautiful flowers.

Inspired from our own koi pond with lessons for koi happiness. The miraculous koi are truly fascinating creatures. They have long-term memories and can be trained to remember faces, know their own names, and feed from a hand.
